The Hampton project is located just two blocks west of one of Salt Lake's oldest and most cherished city parks.  Nestled quietly in the heart of this quickly evolving Liberty community this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a detached auxiliary dwelling is spacious, yet simple in design.  The main floor consists of living, dinning, and kitchen areas that allow for a continuous flow of communal interaction. The Large glass windows and doors along with a fully opening skylight allows natural light to illuminate the entire space.

A large walnut staircase leads to a second level that houses the master-suite and two spacious bedrooms.  The master-suite contains a shaded sundeck, an expansive double vanity with marble countertops, a walk-in shower as well as a generous amount of closet space.  Our goal for this project was to create a home that truly focused on the simplistic philosophy of modernism in that "less is truly more."
